The National Institute of Justice is organizing discussion forums for members of the National Judicial Networks in civil, commercial and criminal matters

The National Institute of Justice is organizing:

• Форум на Националната съдебна мрежа по граждански и търговски дела в Република България (Forum of the National Judicial Network in Civil and Commercial  Matters in the Republic of Bulgaria)
• Форум на Национална съдебна мрежа за международно сътрудничество по наказателни дела в Република България (Forum of the National Judicial Network for International Cooperation in Criminal Matters in the Republic of Bulgaria)

The forums were created within the framework of Общностите за защита на основните права – гражданскоправни и наказателноправни аспекти по проекта на НИП (the Communities for the Protection of Fundamental Rights – Civil and Criminal Aspects under the NIJ project ) “Modern Learning Environment for Judges, Prosecutors, Investigating magistrates and other Legal Professionals”, funded under the Justice Programme 2014-2021 of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism. Access to the forums for members of the networks is via the NIJ e-learning platform, section „Общности“ (“Communities”).
