As of today, the last self-learning resource published in the “Knowledge is Power” series, “Guide of criminal court panel. Proceedings before the first instance. Book Two” can be accessed via the e-Learning Portal of the NIJ.
The resource was developed in the framework of the project “Modern learning environment for judges, prosecutors, investigating magistrates and other legal professionals”, Contract № BGJUSTICE-2.001-0001-C01/07.04. 2020, implemented with the financial support of the Justice Programme, Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, and is published within the framework of the initiative “Enhancing self-learning culture of justice professionals”, financed under the Fund for Bilateral Relations of the Justice Programme, Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021.
